I ordered a cold Chinese soup at "Ichidōdōri" restaurant "Ichidanrō", located along Tencho Ginza East Street.
Due to the continuous heat, I felt a bit tired, and my appetite also seemed to have declined. So, I decided to eat something refreshing and cold to regain my energy. This time, I tried the dish with soy sauce flavor.
The noodles have a smooth texture and a pleasant mouthfeel. They are also cold, which personally makes me feel refreshed. The ingredients, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and char siu, are abundant. The sauce is well-balanced between soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, which really stimulates my appetite.
The price of 780 yen is also quite reasonable, which is a pleasure. The food was very refreshing and delicious.
As the heat becomes more intense from now on, I really want to eat something refreshing and strong in order to get through this difficult time.
Indeed, in summer, we prefer cold dishes. Thank you for your hospitality.

I didn’t just want to have only refreshing ramen; I decided to try some different types of ramen as well. It was the first time in a long time that I ordered pork bone ramen… probably for the first few decades… definitely something I can’t remember.
Upon entering the restaurant, it felt like a very ordinary ramen shop. There were only four customers, which seemed a bit low for a weekday lunchtime. I started to wonder if the ramen here might not be very delicious. Among the many options on the menu, I chose a simple version with pork bone (white) topped with green onions. I purchased the food ticket at the ticket machine and placed it on the counter. In just two or three minutes, my order was ready! The appearance of the dish resembled a typical pork bone ramen, with two slices of chashu, finely chopped kombu, and plenty of green onions. The soup had a thick texture, with a slight tangness that left a lingering taste. It was not as filling as I would have hoped. Since I usually eat light ramen, this pork bone ramen felt a bit insufficient to my taste. I'm not sure if I'll visit again... It's a bit disappointing. Thank you for the meal!
