Based on the secret recipe of the current vice president, Ms. Yōe Tanaka, and her father, Mr. Yūkichi Tanaka, the spicy katsu recipe was created in December 2008 in Tokyo.
Opened as the first branch in Setagaya. Due to its popularity, it has since expanded nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.
This restaurant, located at Hongchi Shinji-den, was opened on August 1, 2018, in the area of Hongchi Second Street, near JR Hongchi Shinji Station.
