We were served a lunch menu featuring fish and Kobe beef.
Everything is delicious. Both the meat and vegetables retain the flavor of the ingredients, allowing us to consume the freshly baked food right away.
I asked about the thickness of the iron plate and the frequency of its replacement. It seems that it has been used for at least ten years, but it is well-maintained, with a shine similar to that of a new piece. I was quite surprised. Due to its remarkable heat retention ability, it's impossible to replicate the same cooking method at home.
They served us with great care and kindness. It was a pleasant dining experience. Just this morning, a travel salad program on television featured the lotus root from Himeji. The lotus root served today was indeed from Himeji, as explained during the presentation.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
