In March, a popular restaurant specializing in Hakata cuisine, which had just opened its branch in Nishi-mabu, now has a location in Musashi-Koyama.
This is a restaurant under the management of ㈱subLime, which operates various types of establishments including casual dining restaurants, ramen shops, and high-end restaurants.
Following the opening of this restaurant in October, the Azoga-ga Store also opened in November, resulting in rapid expansion.
The location was formerly known as 'Hinomiyo Musashi Koshin-daido'.
This is the location of the restaurant "Rikuya Gankaiya Hon-den" on Line 26.
As you may know, the traditional Japanese dish, "motsu-nabe," has experienced several periods of popularity in Tokyo over the past few years. It is currently becoming a little more popular again.
The interior of the restaurant remains in its original state, with a complex and elaborate design for the kitchen and counter kitchens.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was worried about the situation of this restaurant being open, but it actually has quite a lot of customers.

「鶴ふくコース」(全9品/飲み放題付き3500円)…初めての訪問なので、一番手頃なコースを選びましたが、それでも安すぎて心配になります(笑)
・たたききゅうり…薄切りにして、美しく盛り付けられています。
・Moist chicken breast... It's a gizzard chicken.
Soft, with a spicy and oily taste that is delicious.
・辛子レンコン…確かにこれは博多名物ですが、これを捨てるわけにはいきません。これまでこんなに真剣に辛子レンコンに向き合ったことはありませんでした(笑)
I can't stand the way they come over here.
・イケごまさば…すり胡麻の良い香りがするタタキです。
Using the soy sauce that has accumulated on the table again makes it even more delicious.
・焼き餃子…実際には揚げ餃子に近い。
On the table, there are the sauce for dumplings and yuzu-pepper.
Depending on your preference, add a little yuzu pepper to the dish. When you take a bite, the juices from the meat will overflow.
This is a delicious pie.
・豚バラ大串…蒲焼き風の甘辛いダレがかかった豚バラ。
Tasty and delicious.
・名物!もつ鍋(醤油/味噌)…スタンダードな醤油風味をお願いしました。
The cut of beef tenderloin here is large, and compared to the past during the peak period, it has become much larger in size.
The thickly flavored sweet-and-sour soup, with crispy mulchi, blends well and tastes delicious.
・〆の雑炊やちゃんぽん麺…これもまた、スタンダードなちゃんぽん麺です。
It’s quite voluminous. The more you cook it, the more it increases in size… (laugh)
At a friend's request, we added green beans as an additional order.
At the time of payment, I learned that the bell peppers were included as a service.
・甘味:季節の大福…あまり期待していませんでしたが、なんとシャインマスカットの大福でした。
Even for the dessert, no sloppiness was tolerated.

As development progresses in Musashi Koyama, there are indeed more and more high-end restaurants appearing.
Previously, there were many hidden famous restaurants that were both cheap and delicious.
Since it was originally a “suburban town in the mountains,” from the perspective of Musako Wachter, the sense of discomfort grew day by day.
In such a situation, since it was a new restaurant by Maspro that opened, I honestly didn’t have any expectations when I visited. However, both the taste and quality were truly impressive.
It was interesting to see the new business models that have emerged after the pandemic.
It is recommended to order a course at once, and if there is a shortage, to add more.
Next time, I would like to use it for a banquet.
