After enjoying the retro atmosphere of Yakisuma Tamai and Katoriya, we decided to end our visit with a taste of sushi.
This is a sushi restaurant that is perceived as a casual, popular family-friendly place. I had a pleasant and reasonable meal here today. It's a bit of a pity that the cherry shrimp, which was available in any season, wasn't on the menu this time. But it was a treat for me.

At JR's station building, there's a restaurant called "Sushi Tsū". I often visited the store in Oomori's Atore. The budget for this place is similar to that of a rotary sushi restaurant. Here, skilled chefs will personally prepare sushi right in front of you. In Oomori, they even have live-caught fish, which are prepared and served on the spot. This is my first visit to their store in Mizuoki-cho. It's a small store with just a counter, but the interior is clean and comfortable. The chefs are friendly, and we had a pleasant conversation while enjoying fresh Edo-era sushi. I ordered "Live-caught Salmon", "Cherry Shrimp", "Medium Tuna", and "Shioko" along with Japanese sake. Today too, I enjoyed delicious food. Thank you for the wonderful meal.
