The stand-out soup of this restaurant. The soup is made from homemade fermented mushrooms mixed in a blender, topped with fresh mushroom slices. It has a subtle sour taste, and inside it contains hot spring eggs—a clever design that allows for adjustable flavors. Delicious!

This restaurant uses Akita beef and black cattle beef. Indeed, it’s a famous French restaurant! The meat is very tender. There are also fried turnips seasoned with miso powder, as well as baked grapes, which complement the meat perfectly!

Delicious pear ice cream from HEBES. It's refreshing and delicious. A dish that will please any woman.

I was served two dishes. Both were freshly baked and soft. The bread with mushrooms was moist and delicious, so I ordered more.
Overall, the dishes were all outstanding, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. It was a truly pleasant dining experience from beginning to end.
The dishes for the food are kept warm, and when serving cold desserts, the serving bowls are also cooled down before being served. It’s a restaurant that doesn’t skimp on details at all!
