“北新地 鮨 栞庵 やましろ”は、銀座店が3年連続でミシュランガイドに掲載された名店です。
To be honest, sushi is generally considered delicious by most people who either don’t like seafood or who don’t prefer raw food. Whether it’s a popular restaurant or a high-end establishment, most people agree that sushi is delicious.
Of course, high-end restaurants use different ingredients and methods of preparation, which naturally results in better taste.
This time, I will introduce some high-end sushi that has been featured in the Michelin guide. It's a story I've compiled myself.
So, please follow me. No, actually, just go along with me.
The location is within a building, but the entrance features a unique style that is characteristic of Shinji. It starts with an appearance that makes it hard to identify where it really is.
And the interior of the restaurant, including its design and the workmanship of the craftsmen as well as the staff, creates a comprehensive atmosphere that is not wasteful at all. It has a stylish and luxurious feel. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy a quiet atmosphere, savor their meal, and focus on conversations between just two people.
Basically, a high-end sushi restaurant is about achieving a comprehensive quality in every aspect—everything from what you see, hear, touch, to what you eat. There isn’t any compromise made in each individual element. It’s all about creating a unique atmosphere and delivering a meal that encapsulates everything within it. That’s how such restaurants operate.
Therefore, I believe that those who truly desire to enjoy a meal within that special atmosphere are the ones who generally do so.
This time, my honest impression after visiting is that considering a budget of about 10,000 yen for lunch and around 15,000 yen for dinner, I think the cost-performance ratio is good. Overall, it’s highly recommended.
For me personally, in terms of its location and nature, Kita-Shinji is one of those restaurants I would like to use during special occasions. It’s a place that deserves to be remembered as an important destination for such events.
By the way, does that chef's grip have a vertical twist? The degree of loosening of the grip was absolutely amazing!
