After a long time, I had lunch at "Bistro Rosinate 2" again!
Previously, when I visited this restaurant, we could even enjoy a “Garlic Steak with Spareribs” during lunch. However, currently, on weekdays during lunchtime, there are only two options: either the daily rotating lunch menu or curry.
On weekends, you can also order a bistronomic menu.
And, unexpectedly, payment in cash is available!

This restaurant has exterior doors that can be opened, and when the interior doors are also opened, one enters the store. The interior isn’t quite like a traditional Kyoto-style house, but it’s a space that is as deep as a nest for eels.
This restaurant’s cuisine is, above all, its delicious sauces!
Since it's called a bistrot, I assume it has a French foundation. However, the sauce is absolutely exquisite!
The rice is Ssumu-kun!
At first glance, it might seem like something that can be done at home. However, I believe the ingredients used here truly bring out a professional flavor.
The garlic steak made from spare ribs that I received before also seemed like something that could be replicated, yet I couldn’t bring myself to do so. It seems like I’ll have to return it again…
