A seafood izakaya opened in 2012, located on the 2nd floor of the commercial facility Kored Morishimo, which is directly connected to the Tokyo Metro Mitsukoshi-mae Station by an underground passage.
This is a restaurant owned by EPC Company, which operates a variety of food brands including Tsukada Farm. The store offers delicious sashimi made with fresh fish delivered by their own fishing boats and contracted fishermen, as well as the so-called "original grilled fish" known as "goshiki-yaki."
Arrived around 11:30 on a weekday.
From the entrance of the restaurant, one can see fish being grilled over a charcoal fire. The aroma of well-grilled fish fills the air, and even before entering the store, one is already tempted by the smell.
The restaurant was already bustling with activity, but I was able to enter without having to wait in line.
The interior of the restaurant is incredibly spacious, extending far beyond what one could imagine from just the entrance, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
This time, I was served the "Oonami Yaki Menu" – the largest item among the original grilled dishes.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, a plump and fatty round salmon that had spilled out of the dish arrived.
The original baked dish has a crisp exterior, while the interior is fluffy and juicy.
The salmon that is placed around the charcoal fire and cooked slowly has all its excess moisture removed. The umami flavor is concentrated tightly inside the fish. It’s simply delicious to take a chopstick into the belly of the salmon, pull out the hot flesh from within, and serve it with daikon miso and soy sauce.
It’s quite large and has many thick bones, so it can’t be simply thrown into the mouth casually. However, the meat is crispy, and there’s plenty of fat attached to it. So eating rice becomes enjoyable.
The rice can be refilled for free, but since people usually get satisfied with just one cup, it's a pity that there isn't an option to refill it.
There are also options for sashimi servings or sets of tea pickles, but I have yet to try them.
The appearance is also impressive, and with this volume and quality, it's a satisfying lunch experience.

The interior of the restaurant is incredibly spacious, far more than one could imagine just by looking at the entrance. It provides a comfortable environment for dining.
From the entrance of the restaurant, you can see fish being grilled over a charcoal fire. The aroma of well-grilled fish fills the air, and even before entering the store, one's appetite is whetted.
This time, I was served a "Nishin Honban-yaki" dish from the "Original Grilled Menu".
A plump dish that seems to be full of deliciousness has arrived on the plate.
I inserted the chopsticks into Nishin’s belly, and with the firm, elastic skin being torn apart, I extracted the hot meat. Then, I served it with radish paste and soy sauce.
Nishin has many small bones, which makes it a somewhat challenging dish to prepare. However, the crispy texture is delicious, and it helps to make rice more enjoyable to eat.
One piece is quite large, and after finishing eating it, one feels completely satisfied and content.
The rice can be ordered again, but it was not necessary.
In Nihonbashi, with this amount of portion size, quality, and price, I think this is a restaurant that offers a high cost-performance ratio for lunch.
