Near Shikawa-cho Station, on the street leading from Risenu Lane in Motomachi Shopping Street. A pasta restaurant.
It was a holiday day, and I felt that Motomachi was quite crowded... But since the venue wasn’t fully booked, I decided to go in.
I've been here once nine years ago... It's been a really long time since I last visited ^^;
There are many types of pasta available, so it's hard to choose. In any case, it's quite confusing.
I'm interested in the tahichi sauce. I really like tahichi, so I'm attracted by the word "tahichi"...
Since I can't even imagine the taste, I'll just go ahead with this for now.
Tahitian sauce with small shrimp (I have a vague memory; it seemed to cost around 1580 yen.)
This dish, topped with tomato sauce for the pesto, has a flavor that resembles mild Arabicata.
There are options for dry noodles and raw pasta, so I’ll choose the raw pasta.
By the way, I entered the restaurant with my daughter. She doesn't remember her name, but she ordered a pasta with bacon, shimeji, and takana sauce (I think it was around 1380 yen?).
When I visited, it was 9 years ago. Maybe it was a weekday, or something like that. The menu seemed to consist of a lunch set with salad and drinks. But this time, drinks, salads, desserts, etc. are charged separately.
So, along with my daughter, we ordered “Salmon Salad” (330 yen).
The pasta that was served was hot, with steam rising from it, making it extremely delicious.
The pasta appears to be based on tomatoes, with the addition of garlic and chili peppers. Indeed, it has a flavor reminiscent of Peppered Noodles, with tomato sauce, and also has a mild Arabina-like taste.
Actually, it's sweet... and also spicy. It has a really peculiar taste that becomes a favorite. Delicious.
So, what is a Tahitian? When I think of a Tahitian, I think of coconut or vanilla, but it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with those.
After a quick search on Google, it seems that in Tahiti, there’s a sauce called Tahitian Anso. It’s made by adding oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and ketchup. The ingredients may vary depending on the family or person who makes it.
It seems that it is mainly used to add to sashimi, etc.
By the way, when I went to Tahiti a long time ago, there was some sweet-and-sour sauce used as a sauce for sashimi...
Since I'm a Japanese person, they also gave me wasaibi and soy sauce. So I ate my food with wasaibi and soy sauce...
This pasta is based on a sweet-and-spicy sauce, isn't it? The sweet part of this pasta is really delicious.
Additionally, the raw pasta was incredibly fresh and delicious.
There are many restaurants that serve fresh pasta, but among those I've eaten so far, this one ranks first in my opinion.
It seems that they are very particular about both the noodles and the ingredients.
The pasta was delicious.
The salad also had a delicious dressing.

A street just one block away from the main street of Motomachi Shopping Street.
Here, there are various restaurants lined up.
This is a pasta specialty restaurant within that category.
It's a relatively small restaurant, but it was open on a weekday.
Lunch includes pasta, a salad, and a drink.
Looking at the website, it seems that the number of menu options for the dinner option is quite substantial.
Among them, I ordered Spaghetti Sopas with Minced Eel and Shimeji Mushrooms (1,280 yen).
“小町って何?!”と思いましたが、記載されていたのは和風の料理を使っているということでした。
So, Kotomachi?
You can choose between dry noodles or raw noodles.
The plain noodles were good, but the soup that resembled a Japanese-style soup seemed to be more suitable for dry noodles.
It has been turned into dry noodles.
Soon after, the salad was served.
The taste is average, but the vegetables are a bit lacking...
But currently, weather conditions are unfavorable. Leafy vegetables are extremely expensive, and there are many cases of poor growth.
Isn't it frustrating...
Since it's a Supspa... they brought over the chopsticks.
Even though it's a Sushi Pai, it seems like it's fine to eat with a fork... But then...
Spaghetti arrived, and I was satisfied.
It contains a drizzle-like texture, reminiscent of ramen-style dashi.
The amount of soup provided for the noodles is extremely large, making it difficult to eat with a fork.
It has a flavor similar to ramen or udon.
The bowl contains a kind of green vegetable. Indeed, with such a large amount of soup, it's quite difficult to use spoons.
Using chopsticks and ladles to eat spaghetti from a dilled bowl, just like eating ramen, is also quite interesting♪
The soup is a milksoup, isn't it?
It's definitely not cream, but surely it's milk.
The taste of milk is quite strong.
I don't really sense the flavor of the Japanese-style broth.
It’s much easier than I thought.
So even with just this amount of soup, people can still drink it.
The taste isn’t too strong either…
It has tempura, seaweed, and a large amount of scallions on top, with yuzu sprinkled over it.
The shrimp seems to be sinking as it enters the dish.
Yes, it's quite delicious.
It was a taste that I couldn’t even imagine, and it was a bit different, but still delicious!
I'd like to try more things, so next time I'd like to come for a dinner meal.
