When I appeared in Nakushi-kun’s program before, I was allowed to use the wine from “la cave de Noa” in the filming. The owner and sommelier, Mr. Shima, comes from the legendary restaurant “Georgen Club”. He carefully selects wines that are perfect for the dishes and the scenes of that day.
On that day, there was a dinner event in Roppongi. After that, I contacted Noah around 9 p.m. There was an empty table at the counter, so it became my first visit there in a long time.
Chef Shibata, due to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, had to leave his previous restaurant and moved to "Equadul". In such a situation, he decided to create collaborative dishes with a renowned restaurant. These dishes are ordered in conjunction with wines.
First, we have a collaboration with the renowned French restaurant "Le Plugion" in Nishiamabu. The dish featured is a mushroom mousse served with oysters and creamy jelly.
A beautiful color combination that looks great in photos, and a masterpiece where the rich combination of oysters and coleslaw is outstanding. ✨
Next is the cream soup gravy that we offer in collaboration with “Anu”. The gravy I had that day was truly delicious—it turned my childhood favorite into something on an even higher level. It was an absolutely wonderful dish.
And the next collaborative dish was a delicious fillet steak from "Kishiyama," a restaurant known for its difficult-to-book reservations. The flavor of the lean meat was so intense that it seemed like there was no limit to how much of it could be enjoyed. It was truly an outstanding dish.
This day's stay lasted nearly 4 hours before I realized it. It passed in a flash, but while talking about the impacts of COVID-19, we spent that time together.
Overall, although I have spent enough money on dining in Tokyo to be able to afford apartments, Noah is one of the few restaurants I visit frequently. Mr. Shibata had to leave the restaurant due to the impact of COVID-19, and he started this collaborative venture as a last resort. While the techniques used by each renowned restaurant are truly remarkable, Mr. Shimamoto’s management skills have truly impressed me—he has managed to elevate the overall quality of the restaurant to an extremely high level through this collaboration. I truly admire his leadership.
When Noah brings girls here, it creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Over the years, I’ve brought many girls here. With delicious food and wine, along with conversations tailored to the relationship between the girls and me, they almost always end up staying in my tower apartment after leaving this place. It’s like they subtly help me in achieving that goal.
This is one of the best places for those mischievous boys in the Minato district. It can be used for both the first and second occasions, making it suitable for various scenarios. I will definitely visit the wine bar at Westmaebu No. 1 again.

We ordered another foie gras dish that was extremely delicious last time. It’s still delicious!
Additionally, there’s the highly praised truffle salt-coated potato fritters. My companion also gave them high praise. These potato fritters leave a slightly crispy texture at the end, and combined with the aroma of truffle salt, they are truly outstanding in taste.
The braised beef with red wine is so tender that it can be easily cut with a fork. It pairs perfectly with red wine and tasted delicious.
I plan to visit again in the near future.

Since a friend from Saitama was coming over, I looked for stylish restaurants in the Shibuya area.
The location is a bit difficult to find. We took a taxi and drove along a shortcut from Nishi-maebu to Omotesando, then turned around to reach the desired place.
The counter was full, so I went to the table. I arrived at 7 p.m., but there were no customers at the tables.
I was advised to order an a la carte item by the staff, so I followed their advice while compiling the menu.
Basically, we paired the wines with the dishes, selecting the most suitable wine for each meal. As a pre-dinner drink, we served sparkling wine. After that, we offered three different types of white wine, all with completely different flavors. And finally, we served red wine.
I found both the quality of the wine and its selection to be excellent.
Starting with Amuse, then consomme soup and fresh ham.
After that, let's talk about the special dish of this restaurant: Noah Eileen. Eleven types of vegetables are wrapped in ham and then combined into a creamy sauce. Those who want to enjoy a variety of vegetables in a delicious way should definitely order this dish, even if it includes some vegetables they don't like.
Then there’s the white shrimp fritters. Within their crisp texture lies the delicious taste of the soft white shrimp. Since these fritters are made with meringue, their texture is quite different from that of fried shrimp.
And the foie gras risotto. I generally don’t like foie gras. But when a restaurant recommends it as a recommended dish, I still order it.

I realized just how delicious foie gras can be. It perfectly complemented the sauce, and it was delicious even as a single piece of foie gras. The risotto was also extremely tasty!
The main dish was Arctic deer meat. Along with the meat, we were served red wine. Once again, I found that the choice of wine was exquisite. It not only didn’t distract from the food, but it also enhanced the deliciousness of the dish through a synergistic effect.
Today, it was a rare occasion for me to have dinner at a restaurant at 7 p.m., but the last order was served at 3:30 p.m., which is excellent for me, as my usual dinners are late. Moreover, the food and drinks were delicious!
The atmosphere is also great, and it’s not a noisy place; instead, it’s a calm and peaceful establishment. It’s suitable for both dating occasions and social gatherings with customers alike. It can be used for a wide range of purposes.
