・White-flavored fried salmon
This dish of yellow meat of sea cucumber is also served with red mustard greens. The fried rice is delicious due to its chewy texture. It's a solid dish from the appetizer, and it was very tasty.

This is a classic dish of the fugu course. It features a crispy texture, with a faint aroma of the coastal scenery that stimulates appetite. It is served with ponzu sauce and mori yoshii.
⚫︎活てっさ
Just now, I was eating fugu tessa that was still alive. Once again, the freshness is outstanding; the flesh shines beautifully. It was cut into thick pieces, and the flavor of the flesh is rich. As I chewed it, I enjoyed the firm texture and exquisite sweetness characteristic of fugu.
⚫︎White Mushroom Steamed in a Tea Bowl
A tea bowl steamed dish with a gentle flavor. It warms the stomach.
⚫︎活け鮑とカニの鍋
This is a luxurious pot of lobster and crab. Typically, it only includes lobster, but this time, there is also crab. The crab is sweet, while the lobster is tender. The soup, where the juices of both ingredients blend together, is exceptionally delicious and deeply warming. There are also various vegetables available, so I was completely satisfied!
The last miso soup is prepared on the cooking area. It has the rich flavors of crab and lobster, and it's really delicious. I think this is the true charm of this meal.

It was a luxurious menu that allowed me to enjoy both crab and fugu. When I visit such restaurants, it's almost inevitable that the menu includes either crab or fugu. But being able to choose to eat both is a great advantage.
Of course, there are also courses that feature only crabs or only eels. So, you can choose according to your preferences!
Additionally, there are courses featuring branded crabs, as well as courses involving fugu at higher price points. This allows for a wide range of choices based on budget and the occasion.

A clear broth is poured over this Echigo konniyaki, along with a richly flavored egg yolk stew of shrimp. It’s a delightful appetizer with crispy texture, setting the stage for the main course.
⚫︎オリガラム
Crab roe. It was finely wrapped with a knife, looking very delicate. I squeezed theume and used wasabi and soy sauce to fully enjoy the sweetness of the crab.
⚫︎蒸しガニ
This is served in a crab sauce. There are different parts available: claws, the body, and legs. The texture is crispy, unlike sashimi. The meat is very delicious.
⚫︎蟹味噌甲羅焼き
This is a dish that contains eggs, mixed with miso, and cooked over the stove. It has a firm texture, resembling a solid egg roll. Since it contains crab miso, it has a rich and satisfying flavor.
⚫︎カニすき鍋
The main dish is a crab pot. The side dishes are beautifully arranged and very attractive. The restaurant staff also handles the cooking of the pot with care, so you can be assured of quality food. There are plenty of side dishes such as radish, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and mallow. The broth has a mild flavor, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients.
Finally, we had udon for dessert. By the way, if you pay an additional 1,000 yen, you can have it changed to a miso soup. You can choose this option based on your preference.

It's been a long time since I've had a crab-full-course, and I was absolutely satisfied. Since live harpun crabs were used in the dish, reservations are required up to three days in advance.
