We went to Genpino Shinbashi Store for a celebration with members of our company!
It's still a hot season, but the mandarin carp during this season was especially outstanding!
The flesh of the prairioli is exquisitely elastic, and the more you chew it, the more flavor spreads throughout.
Especially tecca-sa (Japanese spider crab) looks beautiful in appearance, and each piece has a firm texture.
When I tried the famous dish I had longed for, the crispy and elastic texture of the tessa layered like mille-feuille became even stronger, enhancing the chewy taste. The tension also reached an extreme level.
And the lobster rolls were juicy on the outside, crispy on the surface, and fluffy inside. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim, "This is really tasty!"
Moreover, the lobster pot dish is filled with rich umami flavors of the broth. It's truly excellent when eaten together with vegetables.
From the first dish to the last side dish, I was completely satisfied. I truly enjoyed the luxury of enjoying a lobster meal in the summer.
I ordered a drink service, and I was able to enjoy all the drinks until the end. It was a truly happy time.
