On a weekend noon, I placed my first order through Uber Eats. It's an Indian and Thai restaurant located in Nakagami, Asahi District. Thinking that having only Indian and Thai dishes was unusual, I checked out. Sure enough, there's also Nepali cuisine available, along with American-style hamburgers (^^)
This time, I ordered two meals: 1190 yen for pork minced chicken curry rice, and 1080 yen for chicken biryani. When I received the order delivered at home, I noticed that it was quite heavy! Not only did the curry have a substantial weight, but the amount of biryani was also astonishingly large.
First, I had the pork minced cutlet curry rice for my first meal. The menu listed it as “salad”, but actually, a salad wasn’t included. It wasn’t even mentioned as “salad with ingredients”. (^^;) Moreover, compared to the photo on the menu, the minced cutlets seemed smaller. However, the soft minced cutlets had a moderate level of spiciness. The spicy ketchup rice made me think it was quite spicy. But overall, the curry was rich and delicious!
The second meal was chicken biriyani. When I opened the lid, the biriyani was firm and crunchy! That was really heavy… It was very satisfying! The taste was reminiscent of spicy Japanese fried rice. It felt like Japanese rice. There was plenty of cashews, making it delicious. And the chicken was delicious too! Unfortunately, there were only two pieces of chicken, which was a bit disappointing.
The total cost for these two items is 2,270 yen. A service fee of 227 yen is also included. The delivery fee of 50 yen is free with the Eats Pass. With a 500 yen discount from the promotion, the final bill amounts to 1997 yen. If you want to eat a lot, please do so again!
