When asked what she wanted to eat by her mother, she said "shabushabu".
Here is the translated text for segment 2/34:
You can enjoy delicious shabushabu at lunch. Shabushabu Navy Blue, Head Office in Higashi-machi.
I went there with my wife and three others.
We enter the building with a facade resembling that of a first-class hotel, along with the person named "Tetsubasan" who specializes in teishoku.
The parking lot located on the left side of the street towards the store allows you to get a free pass for 2 hours.
Please be taken to a private room for 4 people.
The lunch menu is
Shabushabu, or Sukishabu
Kumimidō Red Chicken, Agyu Pork, Okinawa Beef Shoulder Meat, Rib Loos, Sirloin
You can choose from 6 types.
Other items include rock-roasted dishes, crystal-roasted meat dishes, charcoal-roasted dals, and Agu pork loin katsudon dishes.
Sashimi, tempura, gyo-ya champuru… there were also dishes that changed daily.
Of course, today we're having Shibushi-bu-bu.
I ordered the sirloin, rib loin, and a pork cutlet.
Aigū Pork Shabushabu Menu 2600 Yen + Tax
Riburo Shibushibu Menu: 3600 Yen
Salmon Shabushabu Menu: 4800 Yen
We all chose rice, either juicy or regular rice.
First, as an appetizer, hand cut vegetables and seasonings were served.
Meat! First, Ribloos descends.
I would like to have ponzu dressing with miso soup. I personally prefer ponzu dressing over anything else.
The amount of vegetables is also quite generous, which is a pleasant surprise.
It was soft and had no odor or other unpleasant characteristics; it was perfect.
Aigū pork – this also has no unpleasant odor and is delicious.
However, since it isn't an agu, it isn't an enemy of Livroos.
Sirloin – This too has a meltingly delicious taste. However, to be honest, I don’t really notice much difference compared to rib loin.
In terms of cost-effectiveness, I thought it was a winner from Ribloos. But my mother said the sirloin was delicious!
With a beaming smile, she said, "The sirloin has won the championship."
Coffee and Desserts
The dessert was a cake made with black sugar. It had a nostalgic flavor reminiscent of the black sugar Aguila sour, and it was delicious.
A single portion of meat may not be enough to fill one's stomach, but plenty of vegetables certainly make it possible to feel full.
The staff members were very kind, and I don’t even know how many times they came to serve water.
Everyone worked hard, and it was a pleasant place to be.
Thank you very much for your hospitality!
