A newly opened restaurant in Susuki-no, 【Hiratsuka Ginji-Kan Susuki-no Store].
On the day of opening, it was impressive to see souvenirs being distributed at the store.
We arrived a little before 16:00.
Due to the restaurant opening a little earlier than usual,
Before returning to the company, I managed to make a reservation somehow.
First and foremost, I would like to mention the excellence of the customer service.
The staff member standing at the entrance was very impressive.
Smiling is beautiful, cheerful, and extremely friendly.
Despite the continuous summer heat,

The other staff members in the restaurant are also all very pleasant to be around.
It doesn’t seem like it was opened right after its opening.
It seems that customer service education is well implemented.
Just this one point alone can be a reason to want to visit again.
This time, what I ordered was the "Comparison Set".
It is a limited quantity item, and it can only be ordered at the first order time.
The following three types of Siberian bear meat are served, each in an amount of 80 grams.

I enjoyed the meat using both salt and sauce approaches.
Honestly speaking, I have the impression that the meat texture seems somewhat uneven.
There are many parts that offer a satisfying bite, but some require a bit of effort to chew through.
Compared especially with the soft yakitori served at Daimyo-ya during the day,
It cannot be denied that there were parts where one had to mutter "uh-uh".
Regarding the natural flavor of the meat, upper mutton retains a rather appealing sheep-like flavor.
Although I experienced a strong flavor, my impressions of lamb and yakiniku were somewhat faint.
In contrast, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is quite pleasant.
The ceiling is high, and the space is open and airy.
This area of Susuki also creates a comfortable atmosphere.
However, during the peak of summer, the air conditioning is a bit weak, so there are also moments when one feels the heat.
This is for the winter season. If there is enough ceiling space, it might be okay.
There was also a concern that the warm air might escape to the ceiling, causing discomfort in the feet.
After that, I also had plans to drive the car.
I only drank one cup of black oolong tea.
A lingering taste of a solid Siberian spirit
As a drink that effectively clears my mind, personally, this was more than enough for me.
