A pizza Margherita that showcases solid techniques in baking.
Apart from the pizza, everything else was delicious. It was a pizzeria that makes me look forward to what kind of place it will become in the future.

Today's Salad Margherita: 1500 yen
Restaurant Review Evaluation:
Today’s salad: mainly leafy greens, along with tomatoes, marinated potatoes, and carrots. It’s garnished with Parmigiano Reggiano and orange peels. The flavor is excellent; it’s unusual to use orange peels in a salad, but they add a rich aroma, making it a truly delicious dish. The portion is generous, which is delightful.
Margherita: The cornicione is nicely plump, with a quite appealing appearance. Upon examining the underside of the pizza, it was observed that the surface had been evenly cooked. This alone speaks to the chef’s excellent baking skills.
The ingredients include tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil. However, there is a relatively higher proportion of cheese in the dish.
The tomato sauce has not been over-processed, featuring a mild acidity that gives it a fresh taste. Upon tasting it, one can feel the refreshing tomato sauce combined with the richness of mozzarella cheese, while the aroma of basil wafts through the nose. However, the saltiness is restrained, and it's undeniable that there’s a slight lack of depth in the flavor.
In terms of texture, Cornizzone seems to have a relatively thin dough. This results in a lack of a chewy feel, which is interesting. The bitey texture when biting down on the bread is also quite appealing. On the other hand, while the rest of the bread has a moist texture due to its thin dough, I noticed that the dough isn’t entirely uniform. This was a bit of a concern.
While there are some points that need improvement, aside from the moderate saltiness, all other aspects are quite fine. Especially in terms of the baking process, which is considered challenging, the execution was excellent. Overall, it’s undoubtedly a delicious pizza. Considering its price range, it can be said to be a pizza with a high value for money.
Gelato: A delightful surprise served as a service. It consists of milk gelato mixed with chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles, adding a playful touch. It's quite rich and delicious.

The cleaning is also done properly, making the place feel clean and tidy.
The service was extremely polite, and the staff were very helpful and considerate, making the dining experience pleasant.
Revisit:
The pizza was also delicious, and since the price per serving is high, I would like to visit again.
