This "Yue'an Jinshan Store" is a Chinese cuisine restaurant located just a few minutes' walk from Jinshan Station in Nakatomi-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.

Found a restaurant to use as a dinner venue near Kinzan Station.
At first glance, it seemed like one of the many Taiwanese ramen restaurants in the East China region. However, after searching on Yastuog, I learned that this is the restaurant of a top chef who even won a gold medal in the World Culinary Olympics. So, I decided to visit immediately.
No customers were present, and it seemed that the staff at the restaurant was feeling idle. But I decided to put up with it.
First, I take a look at the menu while photographing it all, and then I think about today's menu plan.
Today, first of all, I ordered a "wine set" worth 1,320 yen.
The drinks chosen are "raw beer", and the dishes include "three pieces of beef hachi no su in Sichuan-style stew" and "five fried dumplings".
Fresh beer is served immediately, and we will take it right away♪
It's no surprise that they offer premium-quality products; even regular draft beer is delicious.
After that, beef hashi-nos and grilled dumplings were prepared in order.
The sauce at Hachi no su is delicious, and it's the best way to enjoy grilled dumplings by soaking them in the sauce.
These fried dumplings were a disappointment? They were overcooked, but the sauce was so delicious that it made up for that.
In just a short time, the set was completed. I had many concerns, so I decided to order another "alcoholic drink set" for 1,320 yen.

The second glass of beer was also really delicious.

The cuisine is good, right? It's Chinese food, and both dishes are really delicious♪
Without worrying about anything, everything was perfect. It was a meal with no flaws. In the end, it was a satisfying meal.
Finally, we added the dish “Ebi Fuka Hiré Ankake Chakayaki ¥1,529” as an additional order.
This is a highly delicious chāhān topped with shrimp fried rice and seaweed miso sauce♪
The meal was perfectly prepared, and I ate everything.
