Just after leaving the Daiei-Hachiman Station.
This is a restaurant review from Niigata, a traditional teahouse that has been in operation for a long time. It has received quite good reviews on Yumekirogato.
Today, I had lunch alone.
I ordered the "Sashimi of Tuna (Tax Included: 1,250 Yen)" menu item.
It's a limited-time menu.
The pickled daging dish looks like it’s placed in a container.
The marinade was rich in flavor, with a perfect balance of umami and a hint of sweetness.
And the amount is moderate, just enough to seep over the rice.
When it comes to 漬け丼, some restaurants add a lot of sauce, making both the fish and the rice taste extremely salty. But this restaurant was different.
The sauce does not kill the taste of the fish.
That's good.
The salmon fillets were tender and pliable, but perhaps it was because they had been aged properly?
The small bowls were also delicious, and I enjoyed these dishes as well.
At night, it seems that you can enjoy an abundance of ingredients from New Tokyo and Japanese sake.
Thank you for your generous hospitality.
