Appetizer
Sautéed fish and meat? It's a mixture of both. Thanks to the dressing and spices, it wasn't overly greasy at all; it was actually very refreshing.
This was a perfect choice as a pre-dinner drink for me. This Champagne, similar to natural sparkling wine, produced soft foaming bubbles. It didn’t cause any tingling sensations on the tongue, thus it effectively enhanced the bland appetizers.
Soup
Cold Potato Soup
The spices sprinkled on top, when consumed, imparted a subtle spiciness to the taste. They also helped to highlight the sweetness of the pumpkin. The soup itself seemed to be seasoned solely with the sweet flavor of high-quality pumpkin ice cream, as if it were flavored solely by the sweetness of vegetables.
Fish cuisine
The salmon steak was served with a delicious ratatouille from a renowned restaurant by Lemy. The pungent flavor of shiitake mushrooms and the sour taste of tomatoes complemented the mild flavor of the salmon.
Main (Meat Dishes)
A dish where beef snek is cooked with wine. As a side dish, there are short pasta strands tied together with white sauce. Additionally, there is eggplant stuffing served alongside.

At a certain point when the fork had moved forward a bit, the owner brought over the mustard himself and said, "If you add it to your food during the meal, the taste will change again." So, of course!
The meat stuffing also has a texture similar to the inside of shumai when it is separated from the eggplant skin. Later, I received the skin as well, which was delicious. However, this dish is a bit firm, so it's not recommended for those who have difficulty with such firm textures.

I ate three pieces of the bucket-shaped food, so my stomach was completely full. I finished everything, lol.
