Located approximately 3 minutes walk from Hamamatsu-cho Station.
This is a Spanish restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Pontesetoumi.
Opposite was the popular Sanuki udon restaurant, "Moriha". I visited there to have udon for lunch.
平日の13時前。うどんを提供している店舗には、約10人が外階段に並んでいましたが、時間がないため、その店舗は断念しました。
I found an empty restaurant right in front of me, so I entered it.
I had large items like suitcases, but there was plenty of space to use them. It was extremely comfortable.
Since I came to "Pontesetoumi," I ordered dishes made using local specialties of the Seto region.
○ Tokushima Golden Time Pork Hamburger and Eel Fried Chicken
ハンバーグのソースは、和風、トマトソース、マスタードクリームの3種から選べます。ライスも量を調節可能です。私はトマトソースと、ライス200gを選びました。サラダ付きです。
The hamburger is quite large in size. It has a crispy texture due to the pork used in its preparation. Eating it with tomato sauce is delicious, but the taste eventually becomes boring.
The shrimp fritters have a straight, elongated shape. Their coating is thick, and they boast the highest hardness among all the shrimp fritters I have ever tasted. Those who lack confidence in using their teeth to bite are advised to cut them into smaller pieces with a knife and then chew them with their back teeth.
This egg fry is a deadly weapon.
The shrimp shells were tightly protected by thick layers of skin, and they were found only in the central part. Due to the small quantity, it's impossible to determine the taste.
I remembered a sushi restaurant in Budapest that I visited a few years ago. There, they served sushi wrapped in a thin sheet, which was then fried. As a Japanese person, I was quite surprised by this. It’s possible that Spanish people, when they eat this fried egg salad, might feel the same way.
It was a spacious and comfortable lunchtime experience.
