I occasionally pass by this restaurant.
I thought there must be a new restaurant opening somewhere.
Until very recently, it was only open on nights only.
Perhaps due to the impact of COVID-19, lunch service has also been launched.
Recently, I noticed that this restaurant is open for lunch.
I visited this restaurant on this day.
What I ordered was
Bolognese Lunch: 1,200 yen + tax
This set includes salad, bread, soup, and pasta.
First, the salad.
The colors are beautiful, and the dressing has a slightly stronger vinegar taste.
Personally, I quite like this level of acidity.
The soup for this day was
It was corn porridge.
The ingredients include onions, which made the dish delicious.
It was mentioned that bread can be eaten to order.
Pasta is
I ordered a bolognese, but I'm not quite sure what's lacking compared to what I expected.
After placing the order, I looked up what a bolognese is. Laughing.
It feels like a Meat Spa.
The dishes are also warm, with a sauce that contains plenty of ground meat.
The taste of the cheese has also become more pronounced.
The noodles are a bit thicker, about 2 millimeters in thickness?
It was cooked in a gentle manner.
When eaten by mixing it thoroughly with the meat and other ingredients
Delicious, I tried adding powdered cheese halfway through
Even without any modifications, it had a sufficient taste.
The interior of the restaurant is small and compact, featuring only a L-shaped counter.
At night, the atmosphere seemed quite pleasant.
Seats are few, but they are spaced apart enough
It seems to be sluggish in rotation, and it's quite challenging to operate.
The amount was sufficient after finishing eating.
I'm full now.
Thank you for your hospitality.
