This is a yakinoy restaurant located in a alley between Kuno坂 and Higashi-mon-cho in Miyako.
This restaurant, which I have visited several times, is one of the choices when I want to experience the atmosphere of roasted chicken.
The interior of the restaurant consists of a counter and tables, and all seating areas are suitable for smoking.
◆Additional Services
This is a stir-fry dish of chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and basil.
The basil sauce is abundantly mixed in, making it a rich flavor. It’s an excellent dish, perfect as an appetizer and delicious to eat.
On another day, the appetizer featured a delicious oden made with radish and chikuwa, which had a rich broth.
Another day it was roasted soba beans.
Please add salt to your meal.
Another day, it might be with chicken in tomato sauce... It's nice that the side dishes change daily♪

◆ササミのタタキとクリームチーズのサラダ~胡麻ドレッシング
This was a dish that I felt delicious for the first time in a long time, as part of the salad.
Of course, there are not many seeds in the salad. Also, I don’t feel that any of the salads are particularly “seed-filled” (laugh).
This sesame dressing is made from sesame that has been finely ground. It retains a rich flavor of sesame, along with a slight sweetness, making it a delicious dressing.
ササミのタタキやクリームチーズも美味しかったですが、やはりこのサラダの決め手は、ドレッシングですね〜
◆豆腐とアボカドのサラダ~バルサミコ酢を添えて
This dish features tofu and avocado mashed together and arranged on a plate.
There is basil on top, but its flavor is a bit bland, making it feel insufficient.
…Perhaps it’s because I received it as the last dish of the meal…
◆チキン刺しの盛り合わせ
Chest, thighs, zuri, engawa, liver, worries of the heart, and grilled items.
The sauces include three types: ponzu, sesame oil and salt, and salt sauce.
The breast meat and thigh meat were firm and tender, and the vegetables were crispy and delicious. However, the liver still had some residual blood.
◆Liver Sashimi
A dish with plenty of volume.
It seems that there is a small amount of blood remaining in the liver, but it is a area that cannot be easily removed by itself.
It's nice to have sesame oil, salt, and garlic included in the meal.
The person who went with me said that having garlic added was a major highlight (laughs).
◆ Moon-viewing Hamburger
On top of the tsukune burger, there is the carefully prepared egg, namely the Oita orchid egg, with its yellow egg white.
Even after cutting, the deep yellow color remains beautiful ❤︎
The hamburger itself is so fluffy that it can hardly be considered a traditional hamburger. It's extremely delicious.
These items tend to be a bit dry, but they are soft and juicy. This is really nice, isn't it?
◆チキン南蛮
A large chicken breast was fried, then cut into pieces and served with a tartar sauce.
The fried chicken is delicious, but it was fried a bit too long. I would prefer if there was a little more juicyness in the meat.
…Perhaps it's because it's breast meat, but since the calorie content is relatively low, we can accept it. (Laugh)
The tartar sauce is said to contain homemade pickles, and it was very delicious.
The lettuce that came with it, along with the sesame dressing, make this dressing delicious indeed. However, on another day, it wasn’t the sesame dressing that was used; so that was a disappointment…
◆コロッケ
It's a very ordinary kind of croquet, but it's delicious.
The ingredients have been properly seasoned with a strong flavor.
◆Shoulder meat
It is said to be the flesh between the breasts, and the taste of the flesh is very strong, but it feels a bit dry.
◆Back pain & mental stress
The tension in the heart is very juicy, and it also pairs well with the sauce. It's delicious.
It’s a very important part close to the heart, so once I find it, I almost always ask for it.
The back part of the liver has a slight liver-specific flavor remaining, but still, this part is quite challenging to prepare.
◆ハラミ
This restaurant has a distinctive taste of salt.
It's juicy, but as time goes by, it seems to become a bit hard.
◆ツクネ(塩)
Large-shaped stir-fry dish
Just like the meat hamburger, it’s also fluffy and extremely delicious.
This dish is really my favorite❤︎
◆Grilled Oni-giri
The rice in the roasted onigiri also has its own flavor, with a sweet and spicy taste that complements the aroma of the bonito fillets.
The onigiri itself is also a good choice; it wasn’t overcooked, which I appreciate.
Many of these baked onigiris are overcooked, resulting in a hard texture around the edges. However, the ones from this restaurant really suit my taste.
◆お茶漬け
The ocha saké contains grilled chicken, and the broth is also very delicious.
◆親子丼
The chicken is made up of both breast meat and thigh meat.
The broth is a bit sweet, but it's extremely delicious.
It’s strange that, in addition to being sealed in eggs, it just has eggs placed on top of it, which somehow boosts the excitement (laughs).
The menu may vary slightly from day to day. I really wanted to try the chicken pot pie, but it seems that there is no single item available for that dish. So, I can only choose a set meal.
When there are no customers, the dishes are served one after another. It's important to consider the order rate before making a decision. Otherwise, you might end up in a hurry.
There are various types of shochu available, but since "Tei Ming" was listed on the menu, when I ordered, what was served was just an ordinary Tei Ming. |ω・)
There’s a bottle right in front of me, so I notice it immediately. However, the taste is completely different from what I’m used to, which makes me feel a bit disappointed.
The service isn’t bad, but I do have some concerns about the way the part-time workers serve customers.
…While waiting for the food to be prepared, I touch my hair, so it feels a bit…(。-∀-)
Overall, it's a very delicious and enjoyable yakitori restaurant.
