I was instructed to eat the dish with ginjikun sauce. However, first, if you eat vegetables without adding the sauce, the flavors will still be present.
However, the taste wasn’t that strong, so if you just drizzle the sauce over the meat and then grab a bite,

The meat is, of course, delicious. What makes it even more appealing is the sauce, which doesn’t overdo its flavor.
It's a great supporting role that enhances the deliciousness of the main dish.

This restaurant also received positive reviews from my wife.
And it's also a pleasure that there's a large amount of soup available.
Basically, the soup for this kind of set meal is either about the size of a bowl of miso soup or, in some restaurants, even the size of a coffee cup. However, here it is of the same size as a rice bowl.
The amount of rice is definitely not small, but it was so delicious that I really wanted to order more.
