Today, I didn’t have much time, so I had to eat nearby for lunch early.
I visited this place for the first time in 4 years.
Visiting time is 11:30. There is 1 prior customer, and several new customers. In about 20 minutes, the restaurant will be fully occupied.
I ordered the Yōrin Chicken, which was my first order in 6 years. The price was 1,200 yen.
Since my last visit, the price has increased by 220 yen.
Immediately after, seasonings and dried radishes are served.
It takes 9 minutes to serve the cuisine.
No matter how many times you look at it, the chicken thighs are truly astonishingly large.
Moreover, it's quite thick.
This is a fried egg, but the batter is thin. Although it may seem like it, the egg is firmly attached to the meat.
The exterior has a crunchy texture.
The meat is moist, tender, and juicy.
This gap is truly unique.
The soy sauce for the oil-lained chicken is quite rich in flavor, but also has a sweet taste.
There is nothing sharp about it; a smooth taste.
Even if it's soaked completely in the batter of the fried egg, there's absolutely no insistence in the taste.
We were served the most delicious oil-crusted chicken in Japan.
The portion of white rice was quite generous, which helped me feel full.

In search of fish, I revisit the nearby area once more.
Wandered in the direction of the ninth district down.
Due to the complete sale of the tuna fillet from Misato,

On that day, we had boiled silver catfish (970 yen).
Visit time: 1:05 PM; occupancy in the restaurant is about 40%.
There are also quite a few additional customers here.

It's a place with a relatively wide width, making it suitable for a calm dining experience.

First, salads and small dishes (dried radish), as well as fresh vegetables, are served.
The dressing for the salad is based on soy sauce, but the proper use of garlic makes it quite delicious.
Moreover, having plenty of it is quite beneficial.
Dried radish has a strong and sweet flavor with added seasonings.
I'm hungry, so I'll just eat it quickly (laughs).
The boiled dish was served after about 5 minutes.
The visual aspect is extremely simple.
In the cooking liquid, there are large pieces of Crayfish Garee, and only spinach.
Even so, this crab is quite large.
I am attracted by the shine in the parts of the body.
The broth is quite thick and sweet. The ginger also has a slightly strong aroma.
This is a punchy flavor. There is no sense of thinness or lackluster quality.
First, let's try to pick up some horenso.
It has a rather bitter taste, but this is exactly what you would expect from a stock that's been used to cook the dish.
Perhaps it also serves as one of the ingredients for seasoning the broth.

Revisiting this restaurant for a night-time drink party.
The last visit was, unexpectedly, four years ago.
Even though it’s located so close to here...
Well, it's crowded during lunchtime...
This day, there were 6 members participating.
The seating area is a private room on the 2nd floor.

On this day, there was a 2-hour dinner menu costing 5,000 yen.

This high-ball has a rather strong whisky flavor.
Continuing to drink at the usual pace is dangerous, so it's better to add carbonated water (laughs).
The dishes include omelette, salmon marinade, and fried chicken.

What can be said about this restaurant, above all, is that its chicken fried rice is delicious!
The meat is firm and has a satisfying bite, and the crisp texture of the wrapper is also excellent.
Not only that, but this oil-lin chicken sauce is truly outstanding.
Based on soy sauce, with a spicy sauce that is well-controlled in its intensity.
A slightly stronger sweetness is its characteristic feature.
