I visited this restaurant for the first time in several weeks.
One of the new menu items,
Flat-fried Yaki Dori Maki Sushi
Received.
The drink was the usual "Organic Ginger Ale".
The bread that comes with it is, as always, available for free.
Plain-fed chickens are sautéed with organic balsamic vinegar as the sauce. They are served on large plates, resembling steaks, and presented in a luxurious manner!
On top of it, a sauce based on mayonnaise is also added. This sauce is made from soy milk and mayonnaise, with sake koji added to it.
It adds a natural flavor to the dish.
The remaining sauce was served with the bakery bread as a side dish, and we enjoyed it beautifully.

“Walnut and Sweet Potato Cream Pasta”
Edamame with Seasonal Vegetables in Sweet Vinegar Sauce

The sweet potatoes are served in small cut pieces, left intact. However, the chestnuts are finely chopped; they lack direct texture. A brown powder is sprinkled over them, making it seem as though the chestnuts have been turned into a powder.
The cream isn’t overly persistent, but as pasta cream, it has a somewhat sticky texture, making it quite satisfying to eat. I ended up eating until I was completely full.
The latter is also expressed in the menu description of the restaurant.
“This dish features organic vegetables and soy meat, prepared in a sweet dressing without sugar. The flavors of the delectable, mineral-rich dates make this a delicious meal that will make you eat more rice.”

As usual, the serving dish for the main dish of sweet soy sauce was much larger and deeper than it appears in the menu photos. The cut of vegetables was also quite large, and there seemed to be eight pieces of tofu. This is also a considerable portion, indeed.
As always, the dishes at Eco Moré Restaurant truly highlight the natural beauty of the ingredients, while creating a delicate and unique taste.
The next new menu is also something to look forward to.

Grilled soy meat sautéed with basil butter
I'm not sure if this is the official name, but it truly lives up to its name.
It’s a plate that is far larger than what you can imagine from the photo! The length of the plate is about 40 centimeters. It has a considerable amount of capacity.
Recommended!
Brown rice, soy meat, taro? (taro), broccoli, radicchio, carrot, zucchini
Potato? It's a basil sauce with a quite deep flavor. It was stir-fried, making it quite distinctive. In the photo, it's the green-colored one.
Soy meat has a texture similar to fried chicken.
I would like to be among the first to receive any new menu items.

I immediately tried out the new menu.
“平飼い鶏の塩唐揚げ”
Fried flat-fried chicken marinated in salt koji, fried with a thin batter.
The fabric is thin, but the meat offers a rich taste.
Served with a sauce made from plum and basil. The flat-fried chicken has no trace of watery flavor at all. The sauce is quite strong, with a prominent sour taste of the plum. It outperforms the oily flavors of fried foods.
I have enough portion size, so I can enjoy the fried dishes without feeling too much of their weight.
“Tomato Fermented Cold Pasta”
Since my companion ate it, I don’t know the full taste. It has a Gaspacho-like flavor, with chopped bell peppers and tomatoes mixed with pasta. There are about three pieces of black olives. It seems to be something that was marinated beforehand. The aroma of basil oil is also quite noticeable.
“Blue Kiwifruit Soda”
Compared to most men, I’m not particularly sensitive to sour tastes. However, this soda is quite sour. When I ordered, they asked me what I wanted for the gum syrup. Since I usually don’t use gum syrup with my ice coffee, I immediately replied “I don’t need it.” But maybe I should have said “I do need it.”
The menus seem to be replaced gradually on a monthly basis. I plan to continue challenging myself with new menu items in the future.

Now, let's have this "Green Leaf and Seaweed Cream Pasta". I highly recommend it!
There's plenty of green vegetables. Green vegetables aren't at all bitter at all.
The pasta cream has such a rich texture that it hardly resembles soy milk. The secret lies in the broth derived from the fried onions that have melted into the cream. Additionally, wakame seaweed is mixed into the mixture during preparation. Despite its generous portion, the taste remains unforgettable. I believe this flavor cannot be replicated with other recipes.
“大豆ミート唐揚げの油淋鶏風”は、また一つのおすすめメニューです。唐揚げは、鶏肉に匹敵する食感と味を誇ります。付け合わせの焼き野菜は、甘みがあります。ご飯は、白米や玄米などから選べます。全体として非常にポルシーミーで、満足感が高いです。

This was my fourth visit.
So far, I have enjoyed dishes like oil-livered chicken with soy meat, fried chicken patties using salt fermented starter culture, pasta with green moss and soy milk, as well as curry with lentil and fried vegetables.
Both the taste and the portion were satisfactory.
In particular, the sesame-seed tofu pasta is a delicious dish that leaves you hooked by the aroma and sweetness of the deeply fried onions.
The menu seems to be changed slightly each month.
The natural deliciousness of the cuisine and the calm atmosphere of the restaurant transform a holiday moment into a precious time.
