Visited during the Obon holiday period.
We made a reservation at 1:30 PM and used the service for two people.
The restaurant is located in a prime location, right in front of the Shishizu-Enchi Station.
Given the timing, all parking lots were fully occupied.
Since there was a possibility of delay, I called the restaurant and waited in a nearby parking lot. Then, a staff member came out of the store and kindly told me where the parking lot was located.
Such care and consideration are truly delightful♪
The first floor is a direct-selling store for crab sushi bentos, while the second floor serves as an eat-in area. The interior of the store is very clean and tidy.
There were a few counter seats and numerous table seats. In addition, there were two smaller seating areas available for customers.
Due to the intermission of the Obon festival, there was a lunch service (it might be available every day). This time, the following dishes were served.
■ A little more luxurious ding and small bowls for lunch
We selected "Kai toro rodo nabe" from 6 varieties of nabe.
Service started about 10 minutes later.
The crab rootojiru is topped with plenty of peeled crab meat.
That dashi with tonkatsu eggs is a visual that immediately makes you realize how delicious it is.
The soy sauce-based sauce is quite mild, so it's better to use a moderate amount of sauce for a more delicious result.
Due to the generous amount of wakame used, if you don't mix it properly, there might be some extremely spicy parts. Please take note of this, lol.
Tempeh is made with okra, daikon greens, pumpkin, and shrimp.
Both are quick and impeccable!
Additionally, each small dish was delicious, and there was no sign of any carelessness whatsoever in the preparation of all the dishes. That was also a very impressive aspect.
Service, attitude, and atmosphere are all excellent. Given the quality of the food, it's definitely a place worth visiting both during the day and at night.
After leaving the restaurant, there's a foot bath spot right in front of me, making it perfect for feeling like you're on a trip.
Thank you for your hospitality!
