The salad is characterized by a dressing with a strong sour taste. It adds a rich flavor to the side dishes, which is quite impressive.

This day's menu features hamburgers. There is some confusion about whether the hamburgers served on iron grills should be considered Italian cuisine. However, it's common in Kawasaki to serve Western-style dishes as Italian or French cuisine, and many people enjoy this approach. Therefore, it's better not to discuss this point further. If you want to experience proper Italian cuisine, you should visit at night.
From its somewhat uneven shape, it can be determined that this is a handmade dish. From the center, the juices of the meat overflow. The sauce is also in a state of boiling and is served with it.
Before this dish appeared, the sound of a kitchen timer could be heard several times from the kitchen. It seemed that they carefully measured the time to prepare the dish. Following the川崎 style is more satisfying. This hamburger pairs well with rice; even having about twice as much as rice is completely fine.

When ordering pizza, bread is provided. This is bread from Costco. It’s affordable and delicious, so it’s a smart choice to use it in the restaurant.
The pizza has a texture similar to homemade dough. The portions are slightly uneven, but the thinner parts are baked to a crispy perfection, making it delicious. The cheese used is a typical creamy cheese, and the generous amount used makes it excellent. I ordered an anchovy-pizza, which is a simple pizza with only anchovies as ingredients. However, this pizza is truly delicious, as it exudes a strong flavor of anchovy along with a salty taste that spreads throughout the mouth.

At the base, espresso is used to give it a bitter taste, creating a slightly sophisticated flavor.
Rather than being an Italian restaurant, it can be described as a Western food restaurant. It’s a comprehensive establishment that focuses on Western cuisine, with the word "steak" prominently featured in its evening menu, which definitely piques interest. This is a very sophisticated and profound establishment. As for wines, this restaurant in this area offers an extensive selection, and the variety is well-balanced.
And, it is indeed true that the taste of this restaurant is delicious. Additionally, as a place highly favored by the local community, the demand and supply are perfectly balanced, making it an excellent establishment.
