Just 2 to 3 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station.
I went to this izakaya that is located about 2-3 minutes' walk from the Shinjuku Mitsukoshi Station on the subway.
On a Thursday around 7:30 p.m., four of us went to this restaurant.
After work, I was invited to drink somewhere in Shinjuku. So, we gathered at Shinjuku Station. I thought that maybe one of my friends had booked a place for us, but to my surprise, no one had made any reservations. So, we just started walking around.
While walking along, I was attracted by a sign that stated "Gyoza buffet for 500 yen". Thus, I entered this restaurant.
When I thought to myself, "I've seen this place before," I was surprised to find that it was the same restaurant I had visited about 2 years ago.

I sat down at a table and told the staff that I had seen the sign indicating a 500-yen free dumpling offer. The staff explained the rules, which seemed to be straightforward. So, I started placing my orders!
I thought that restaurants offering free food like this would serve just average-quality dumplings. But they were actually much better than I expected. The presentation was stunning, and the taste was outstanding!
The juices are tightly packed, and the skin is not flaky at all. Good!!
It's a buffet restaurant, and I thought the quality of these dumplings was quite high.
In addition, we were served sashimi and carpaccio. Both were of high freshness, looked great, and tasted delicious!
Ufudō Shinjuku Store – It was really great!
I never thought that the dumplings could be this delicious!
There are also private rooms available, so it seems to be a very convenient izakaya!
I would like to visit again!

I visited this izakaya, which is about a 3-minute walk from the southeastern entrance of JR Shinjuku Station.
A friend asked me to go with them when they wanted to eat meat sushi. Since they had booked a meal, I had to go.
To conclude, it was absolutely fantastic!!

As appetizers, salads are served. It's easy to feel the freshness of seasonal vegetables. The dressing is so delicious that you can't help but be fascinated by it! It's also nice to have Japanese seaweed added to the salad.
・Eggplant Ajijo
Actually, it was supposed to be “Sweet Horse Corn Fried Dippers”, but it seemed that they had already sold out. So, instead, they served the Ebi Jjo with shrimp.
This restaurant was delicious!! The creamy garlic sauce was also very tasty. Personally, what stood out the most was the perfection of eating lasagna with ajillo! The lasagna, smothered in garlic aroma and plenty of oil, was truly wonderful at this restaurant.
・Grilled Kagoshima National Beef
Delicious! The meat was packed with rich flavor, and it was served with radish dressing and ponzu sauce. It's a dish that allows you to enjoy it in a refreshing way! The beer keeps flowing...

Meat sushi course with steamed dumplings!?
I thought so, but this Bali was really delicious!
These dumplings, cooked with pork bone and chicken stock, were simmered until the broth became very rich. The flavor of the soup was fully absorbed into the dumplings, making them an excellent choice as a snack with sake! Although they looked a bit spicy, they were actually extremely delicious!
・Kagoshima Black Cattle Grilled Sushi
Main dish: Grilled sushi! Surprisingly, the staff grills the food right in front of us! The aroma that spreads during the grilling moment was simply delicious. It really whetted my appetite! The taste was outstanding. I enjoyed the luxurious meat sushi with just the right size and presentation of the shari.
・Aged Beef Sirloin Steak
This place was extremely generous in terms of portion size! The steaks themselves were delicious, but what stood out the most was the sauce! This sauce truly captivated me. Lol.

It was absolutely delicious!!
This restaurant’s fried ramen was served as a set meal, but it was absolutely delicious!!! They used thick noodles, and the dishes were filled with colorful vegetables. The taste was outstanding! Although I thought the appearance might seem greasy, it wasn’t the case at all; I ate it completely effortlessly.

Not rich in texture, but refreshing! After eating and drinking, I realized that a refreshing mango pudding really suits the experience. It was delicious!
・Beef Tumbrian
This is not part of a set menu; it's a single-item menu. A friend suggested that I try this because it looked delicious. The food was extremely soft and tasted great! First of all, the appearance was simply stunning! It had a delicious aroma. One option allowed me to eat the dish without squeezing the lemon, while another option required squeezing the lemon before eating. This variety of taste was a personal pleasure for me.

The staff members were extremely friendly and attentive throughout the service. The food was absolutely delicious and top-notch!
A menu offering a variety of meat dishes, along with a 3-hour all-you-can-eat drink service (including beer) and single dishes, still costs less than 5,000 yen – a great value!
I definitely want to go there again!!
