Although I was aware of the existence of this restaurant, I never had the chance to visit it. So, finally, I got the opportunity to come here.
Operating on the first floor of a building in the center of the bustling street

The enthusiastic shouts of the chefs echoed throughout the restaurant.
Sit down at the counter, and order a lemon sauerkraut as soon as you sit down.
Since it's a sushi restaurant, here are the items I ordered: medium sushi rolls (2,800 yen).

I really wanted to ask how much it costs, but I just couldn't bring myself to say it in a fancy way.

Compared to expectations, there were a lot of oysters in the dish. The green onions were mixed with sweet soy sauce. It's not bad, but personally, I prefer a more moderate amount of saltiness.
White Squid Tempura
Taste it once. Ah! The crispness is delightful, and when you bite into it, the juicy essence of the white fish spreads throughout your mouth.
Eating it with salt makes the sake more enjoyable.

By the way, there's also a higher-quality upper grip style of sushi. I really want to try it next time.
Kushi is delicious when steamed with alcohol, making it very enjoyable.
Every one of these dishes reflects the chef’s unique creativity.
Personally, what I thought was good is the extra sanduissi (large trotter) that we ordered.
Even from the photos, it's clear how fatty the dish is.
It would have been better to order an additional 10 kōs.
This time, I ordered a variety of items, so the price was quite high. But since I came here to eat sushi, I thought it might be a bit cheaper. Anyway, the service was excellent.
Definitely a repeat order.
