From my home, it's a long distance away, and this is probably my first visit to Ehime Prefecture. But it seems like a necessary trip to visit this place.
I have always wanted to experience the "Japan's No.1" fishermen, Mr. Fujimoto, who serves wonderful fish at the "Seima-bu's Aozan". After being strongly encouraged by a TV program called "Bas Day", I finally decided to go and experience it in Ehime, the local area.
At the new dessert restaurant "Cangui" owned by Mr. Cang, where desserts are presented with incredible tea pairings, the tea prepared by Ms. Leafwine will also be served here.
Above all, the wonderful sommelier at my beloved Italian restaurant "Mansalva" in Ebisu is a friend of the sommelier here, Hanada.
I'm sorry for including the names of other restaurants too much. But if we have this one connection, it's already like being promised a happy meal just because of that (^^)

This restaurant has just been open for exactly one year.
The chef is a rather quiet person, who is so silent that it becomes difficult to understand the explanation of the dishes. However, his sincerity is evident.
To show that this person has a particular personality, the overall cuisine is also very gentle. It seems like they are emphasizing the ingredients from Ehime itself.
A restaurant run by a chef with solid skills, captivated by the local climate and ingredients. It's a great place to feel the essence of the place, isn't it?
And even so, although it was something that I didn’t intend at all, I never expected to be able to enjoy the fish prepared by Mr. Fujimoto for two consecutive days (^^)
And the wine was paired in a way that truly reflected the careful consideration behind the service.
This time, I was served the premium course. Although it felt a bit expensive, the charm of the place was fully appreciated. I believe this is a local gastronomy that attracts visitors from other prefectures. It’s definitely a place I’d be eager to visit again.
Thank you for your hospitality.
