Restaurant Reviews: Exquisite Course Dishes Created by Japanese and Italian Professionals! Opened in 2018 in the popular neighborhood of Koyanagi Kashiwabara, where there are stylish and delicious restaurants.
A restaurant in Ochanomaki that seems to exist only in dreams—a place where Japanese and Italian cuisines are combined. The wine served there became the catalyst for the encounter between two chefs. It's a "natural wine."
Having the same favorite restaurant, we became close friends due to our shared hometown background. Thus, a collaboration between Japanese and Italian cuisine was born!!
However, on the dishes, a combination of Japanese and Western styles is not used.
Each chef focuses on creating a unique dish, allowing diners to enjoy the distinct advantages of each dish. This is done while pairing with natural wines and Japanese sake, enhancing the overall dining experience.
The order of drinks is saved in its best condition via an iPad. Surprisingly, it’s easy to see and choose the items ordered. That’s great.
The course meals come in three types: plum (4400), bamboo (6000), and pine (9000).

■あんきも
The moment it enters the mouth, its softness is overwhelming, and its flavor is rich enough to be paired with even light Japanese sake or natural wines. It’s a truly outstanding product!
■ Cream Sauce of Clam and Scallop
After a long time, I've encountered a truly delicious pasta dish. It has an al dente texture that is soft and tender, with a perfect balance where you can still sense a slight bite of texture in the center. The flavor is elegant, and the taste is profound, covering both the mouth and nose completely. It's truly a masterpiece.
■甘鯛鱗揚げ
The texture is incredibly diverse. The reason lies in these scales!
This sweet tuna itself has a rich sweetness, and its fat content is just right. Combined with the crunchy texture of the scales, it is truly delicious!
■Shoulder roast, lamp, Iwako deer
Carefully and skillfully cooked meats. Not only are they pliable, but the more you chew them, the more juices they release. The shoulder meat has a refreshing taste that truly captures the essence of the meat. It’s perfect to pair with wine!!
■真鯛、金目鯛
It's evident from the soft texture and high freshness of the food.
The wakame that is arranged on the dish is in small amounts, so be careful not to add too much!
