The dish "Densuke" and "Taru" are grilled and served with salt. You can eat them as they are, or you can choose to serve them with vinegar and citrus.
Denjusuke Kabocha boasts a rich, creamy elasticity that melts in the mouth. The savory flavor of its fatty texture, along with a slight charred aroma, make it an exquisite dish.
The tuna has a soft texture, yet it also has elasticity and a sweet taste. As the cold weather passes, its umami increases.
Only those truly magnificent crayfish produced in Toyama Prefecture can be enjoyed with just garlic leaves. The crayfish brings a rich, intense flavor to your mouth.
Personally, I recommend eating it separately from the garlic leaves.
You can drink it simply with red seaweed, and even medium-tuna dishes are delicious, melting in the mouth yet without any unpleasant tastes. Truly exquisite.
Overall, the quality is high, and the elegance of eating with seasonings makes it resemble a restaurant I really like. I am completely satisfied.

Those who don't order sashimi might find this option suitable.

The skin is crisp and fragrant from the outside, while the flesh is plump. The sauce's saltiness is just right, and the sweetness of the fat is also enjoyable. Definitely a must-try for those who love eels.
