In December 2024, a Japanese and Chinese cuisine restaurant with ethnic dishes opened between Ei and Kuyu, in Higashi Sakura 1-chome.
Rather than being a traditional izakaya, it has counters and tables, giving it an elegant bistro-like appearance.
I sat down at a table seat.

Before I went there, I thought to myself that since it's a modern and stylish restaurant, what would its food be like? However, the overall quality of the cuisine was excellent.
My favorites are the potato salad, the eggplant fried dishes, the chicken with gravy, and the Lanzhou ramen.
The potato salad was fluffy, and it included baked cheese as well, making it delicious♡
The egg burger is filled with a lot of shrimp, and it looks really beautiful.
Lamian is a ramen dish made with soup cooked with beef bones, tails, and tendons. The soup has a flavor similar to Tom Yam Kum, while the noodles are more like clear udon noodles—both are delicious.
The way the dishes were served also seemed pleasant to me.
The customer base is relatively young, but since we were at a table, it didn't bother me.
The staff at the restaurant were also very kind.
I would like to visit again.
