I have been using this restaurant several times. It's been a while since I last visited on a weekday at noon.
In a bright and spacious atmosphere, the restaurant features several tables and boxes, as well as a section for seated customers on the second floor.
We were guided by skilled staff at the restaurant.
The menu featured several types of noodle dishes and set meals, which are common in Chinese restaurants. Among them, cold Chinese food seemed to be very popular due to the season.

チャーハンは、卵、チャーシュー、ネギというシンプルな具材を使い、カリカリに焼かれたタイプです。
Crunchy and moist, it fits no typical category. Each grain is well-roasted, offering a chewy texture with a rich umami flavor that spreads throughout the dish.
It has a unique texture, but the taste is classic. The umami, sweetness, and savory flavor of the char siu are fully appreciated, along with the sweetness of the eggs. It was truly delicious.
I regret that I never chose chaat hamburger here before.
ワンタンは、醤油風味の鶏ガラベースのスープに、薄く皮をつけた豚の餡がたっぷり入った、ネギが散らばっている一品です。
It was a soup that was quite light in flavor and gentle in nature. However, it allowed one to experience the natural umami of the pork and the sweetness of its fat. Along with the skin of the pork, one could enjoy the taste and texture of the dish.
We added pepper and other seasonings to add flavor, and we enjoyed it all the way to the end.
It was an extremely satisfying lunch, and I truly felt the strength of this traditional restaurant.

It has a beautiful exterior, making it look like a large restaurant.
Since Sunday wasn't open, I went on a Saturday afternoon to try it out. I managed to get in just before noon without having to wait at all.
It has a rather high-class atmosphere, resembling that of a hotel's Chinese restaurant. The menu also looks impressive.

A set of cold Chinese food that follows the classic style. The char siu, jellyfish, gold silk eggs, cucumbers, and shrimp are beautifully arranged on the plate. There is also vinegar and halia for flavor variation. Additionally, za suya and soup are included. This is the way to make a loving cold Chinese set.
Upon tasting it, unexpectedly, the sweetness of the flavor stood out. There was a gap between the appearance and the taste, which surprised me at first. However, adding vinegar improved the taste significantly. I remembered that German white wine has a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Thus, I thought this dish would be suitable for other dishes as well. I enjoyed it while savoring both the noodles and the ingredients.
It's located in a convenient place close to the station, and there are also delicious curries and other dishes. I will definitely visit again.
