Recently, I've been relentlessly pursuing chicken skin. But in the end, after eating my favorite kinds of chicken skin and enjoying them, I wondered how it would feel to taste them at my favorite restaurant. Laugh.

First and foremost, of course, is the chicken skin. The thickness of the meat is, indeed, the best here. The skin still has the delicious fat that comes with the meat. I think it’s beyond imitation elsewhere. And the taste… well, I really like it. As for how they prepare the flavor, it might be a slight difference in terms of taste alone. But considering the price and the thickness of the meat, I definitely prefer this place over others.
Thanks to this mysterious flavor of the food, I really like the Yagen cartilage here. The size is also quite large and crispy, and the perfect balance of flavors here is truly addictive!
Indeed, personally, I think this restaurant is my top choice.
And for some reason, that day my mother was more gentle and kind than usual. There must be something special about it. Lol.

And this time, I've got information that there's a restaurant in this area that can compete with this one. So, I plan to visit it before the end of the year.
Up until then, this was my top choice for chicken restaurants.

The skin of this dish, I can't put it nicely, but it seems to retain some fat on the surface. It's juicy, like a well-cooked organ meat. I once heard a chef say that they probably cook the parts that should be removed instead of removing them altogether.
In addition, although it’s difficult to explain in words, this restaurant has a unique flavor that makes its dishes even more delicious. If you don’t mind the skin of the fish, you’ll definitely fall for it!
Hinetodori Momo Yaki is also similar. It's difficult to describe the taste without trying it elsewhere, but the perfect saltiness and the luxurious, sweet flavor coated by the fat are simply irresistible. The taste makes you want to chew it over and over again instead of just swallowing it.
This is a highly personal and exceptional chicken restaurant.
After a long time, I finally came here again… It’s really delicious! A true winner! You could say it’s the taste of my first love. Laughing.

I cannot eat the same type of yakiniku anywhere else (regardless of whether I like it or not).
The skin that you can eat here is something that you won’t find in other restaurants. It’s soft and fluffy, just like that of a fresh turkey. Laugh.
Is it fresh chicken that is being prepared? It's a truly unique taste that one usually doesn't encounter in ordinary places.
Compared to 10 years ago, I'm concerned that the taste has slightly declined. However, it still offers a variety of yakitori dishes that are definitely not inferior to those from other restaurants.
Personally, I do not recommend Chicken Pot Hoe.
