Utilized "Kita Yamaya" restaurant. There are about 3 parking spaces in front of the store.
This is a restaurant that offers both corner dining services from noon onwards and a variety of alcoholic beverages. However, since I came here specifically for the set meals at noon, there were no set meals available. Instead, they served bortsu at fixed times. I used this restaurant as a place to get both good food and reasonable prices according to Yumly's ratings.
Would like to try using it for drinking purposes...
The counter seats consist of 3 seats on the entrance side, 2 seats further back, and a capacity of 2 double tables for two people and 1 table for four people.
The person who serves the food is a young man, and he does everything himself.
We also serve original alcoholic beverages, but due to the need for a car visit, we have decided to decline this time.
ordered "Calnutas Brötchen (¥850)", "Fermented Ginger, Niagara (¥690)"
The "Salumi Hayashi" restaurant in Sapporo's Enayama district serves sausages and ham as part of their menu. Thank you very much!
First, fermented ginger is served in bottles. When poured, the foam that forms looks quite beer-like (laugh).
This Niagara is made from ingredients harvested in Ninko Town. It's the first time I've tasted this ginger ale, but it's completely different from the regular ginger ale!
Jinjaeru, its taste is quite stimulating, isn't it?
This dish has a refreshing taste. The ginger wraps around the sourness, and there isn’t much thickness at all; you can just grab it and eat it quickly!
The brötchen is wrapped in multiple layers of aluminum foil. It seems to be a measure against overflowing, but it actually feels a bit cold and the crumbly texture is somewhat noticeable.
On the other hand, what stands out is the abundance of ingredients. If I were to list a few, there are basil, arugula, salsa, and wakamole.
This taco isn’t as luxurious, but the pork is seasoned with sweet and sour flavors. The crisp lettuce adds a fresh crunch, and various delicious tastes dance on your tongue!
The salami ham has a smoky flavor that is well-controlled. However, this smokiness becomes evident as you chew it, along with the saltiness that comes from the curing process.
Not something with a bland, uniform flavor, but one where the taste changes with each bite! I really like that.
Given the location of this restaurant, it seems that I might have to move to the area around the subway station for drinking purposes. But someday, I really want to try it out!
Thank you for your hospitality.
