From the start, the quality remains as high as always.
Previously ordered was a mixed plate of salmon.
Sashimi, bonito with sesame sauce, and various types of pickled dishes—a rich variety.
Sashimi is indeed a delicacy that is difficult to obtain, so it is quite valuable.
Today, instead of Japanese sake, I have been drinking only Yamashoga High Ball throughout the meal.
It has a refreshing taste.
My favorite are Yunxian ham and salmon potato salad.
In some rare places, we enjoyed dishes like boiled taro. In the end, we shared the salmon charahan in small portions.
The second restaurant is also good to use as a backup option.

The sake offered each time is slightly different, but the quality remains high.
Indeed, it's a truly delicious sesame-flavored salmon.
We were served an abundance of sesame oil.
The overwhelming freshness of the thick-cut pork belly pairs perfectly with the flavor of sesame oil, making it an excellent choice.
This is also a must-try dish: Edamame Salmon Potato Salad.
It's nice to find that there's salmon in the menu.

This time, for the first time, I ordered miso stew as well.
This too is no mistake. It's a very good combination of flavors.

I was taken there by local people because they said it was delicious.
Being the third restaurant we visited, we were almost full. Following the order, we ordered sesame-flavored salmon and potato salad. We also drank 2 to 3 glasses of local sake from Kyushu.
I understood that it’s a good place even just for serving food, and since all the dishes I ate were delicious, I really want to try this place again as my first choice.
Especially the sesame-flavored salmon balances well with the sauce, making it an outstanding dish. Among all the dishes I've eaten so far, this one ranks among the top.
