This time, we first received a daily menu...
First, an eight-inch portion of sashimi, salad, and condiments are served.
The salad is lettuce.
The sashimi was prepared with salted cod and fresh ginger, catfish with wasaebi, and lemon juice. It was a fresh and delicious sashimi.
The eight-inch portion includes edamame sauce, a stewed aubergine, a combination of Chikuzen-style cooking and stir-fried peppers.
All the dishes were prepared with care, with excellent presentation. The flavors were gentle and delicious.
This time, the main dish was two types of fish stew. I chose “Kama” as the main ingredient… The vegetable side was prepared with a combination of various vegetables. “Kama” has a fatty texture, and its gentle flavor makes it very healthy for the body. There were plenty of vegetables included: pumpkin, kyo-ren, radish, shiratake, and wakame.
Red broth consists of skinned fillets from Asahi, only shiitake mushrooms, and three-leaf greens.
The rice is delicious, smooth and fluffy...
As dessert, we were served a jelly mixture of persimmon and golden kiwi.
At a price of 1980 yen, this is a fairly affordable option.
If there is another chance, I would like to visit this restaurant again.
