The balance between side dishes and small bowls also seemed better in the previous version.
Overall, it fails to reach the level of satisfaction that was expected during those times.

The served stew clearly had a strong flavor, which immediately stimulated appetite.
Just one bite, and the boneless codfish is plump and tender. The sweet-and-spicy flavor of the cooking liquid is absolutely exquisite.
In particular, the gelatinous part around the ala had a melting texture, allowing me to fully enjoy its rich flavor.
The compatibility between the rich cooking liquid and the rice made from Koshihikari grain from Aizu is, of course, outstanding. It was simply irresistible.

This incident regarding the rice might have been a coincidence. After all, our sense of taste can change from day to day.
Even so, for those who wish to enjoy delicious fish dishes in Nakano in a convenient manner, the "Sakanana Mitsu" lunch option is an excellent choice.
It remains unchanged that it is one of the top choices among restaurants.
