Located about 7 minutes walk from the Tobu Line Nansu-machi Station, there is a commercial facility called Sunamo. It faces the main street, and it has plenty of parking space, making it a very convenient place to use.
August 10th (Sunday) was also the middle day of a three-day weekend. By 5:30 PM, the restaurant was bustling with activity.
There are three types of buffet courses for dinner, but I didn’t want to eat as much as that. So, I simply chose from the regular menu.
◇黒毛和牛カルビ3種盛り 2000円
There are three types of karubi: ordinary karubi, top-grade karubi, and special-grade karubi. From the ordinary karubi, I got a meat with a solid texture that was well-marinated in the sauce, which really pleased my stomach. The special-grade karubi had a frosted surface, yet it wasn’t too greasy. It had a sweet taste, making it truly delicious meat.
◇タン塩 1800円
I received this dish with lemon dressing, which cleaned my mouth thoroughly.
The umami-free taste of the pork cutlet is excellent, both in terms of thickness and size.
◇葉葉サラダ 680円
Since it's said that vegetables are necessary for grilled meat,
Enjoyed it in a healthy way.
◇ナムル盛り合わせ 680円
4種類の盛り合わせ。どの野菜も酸味を抑えたごま油の良い香りがします。ほうれん草だけ筋っぽさが残っていましたが、それでも食感を楽しむことができ、美味しかったです。
◇チゲ豆腐 1000円
This menu… no matter which barbecue restaurant you go to, you’re quite likely to order this dish. ♡
Ah, you might wonder why I ordered the Namuru mixed platter earlier.
Tora-ji-san’s dish has a reduced spiciness, and the soup has a strong salt taste. It’s perfect for hot summer nights when you need to move around.
Kimchi tofu, namul, scallions, and a soup prepared with a pot of hot ingredients.
While enjoying the food, I felt that something was missing. It turned out later to be bean paste sauce!
If I added a little bit of seasoning, it would probably turn into a taste that suits my preferences. But this time, it was already delicious enough.
After eating, I was hesitating whether to order vanilla ice cream, which is usually available on the menu.
The staff offered free ice cream and hot tea as a service.
This milk stick ice has a very nostalgic taste.
Previously, when I used the lunch service, this service was not available. Therefore, it seems that this service is only available for dinners.
A warm tea, after all, has a truly soothing effect.
It was a meal with high satisfaction levels.
