The shrimp heads were baked until they became crispy, like fried rice cakes. It was delicious to eat them whole!
The Hokkaido abalone is extremely soft and a perfect match with butter sauce. It's a truly outstanding dish that I want to keep eating over and over again. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
The scallops were served with homemade tartar sauce.

It doesn’t have any strong flavors, and it’s extremely soft (o^^o).
First, I received this dish with salt. The flavor and sweetness of the meat are truly highlighted here. It’s absolutely delicious✨
The fried garlic uses six white garlic cloves.
Although it has garlic, it also has a sweet taste... It was a great supporting role that really enhanced the flavor of the meat. ♡
From the middle of the meal, we were served a bottle of French red wine. For the meat, it was still red wine… Delicious! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
