“I really want to try raw pasta!” With that thought, I visited during lunchtime.
The lunch menu for raw pasta includes 1,500 yen. In addition to raw pasta, salad, and drinks, option A offers garlic toast or butter toast, while option B comes with a dessert (homemade panacotta).

I could choose from 6 types of raw pasta. After asking the owner, I learned that "Meat Sauce" is the most popular option. Meat Sauce is indeed attractive, but since I've been choosing meat for my lunch over the past few days... I decided to go with "Taraiko and Oysters". As for the drink, I would like "Ice Coffee".
It was past 1:30 pm, and the peak of lunch service had already passed. So, it only took about 7 to 8 minutes for the food to be ready.
Fresh Pasta (Taraiko and Oysters)… The fresh pasta is delicious! It has a moist texture. It’s seasoned with butter, along with Taraiko and oysters. The color of the Taraiko is a light pink, which makes it a bit hard to distinguish in photos. However, quite a lot of Taraiko was used in the preparation. As for the oysters, although the amount used seems small, they still contribute to the flavor. The combination with sliced seaweed also works well. I wondered if it was homemade pasta, so I asked the owner about it. He explained that he sourced his ingredients from trusted suppliers.
The salad consisted of lettuce, purple cabbage, and cherry tomatoes. The dressing had a refreshing taste, making it very delicious.
The homemade panacotta has a milky flavor. It was served with a slightly sweet taste, along with ice coffee.
During dinner time, in addition to pasta, risotto and pizza are also very popular. It would be great to enjoy these dishes with some alcohol!
