【7か月ぶりのランチ再訪】
After enjoying the buffet-style meals, this time we ordered a set menu: “Yang Imperiali Course @ 2570 yen”.
The price was well worth it for a comprehensive meal. With a little bit of a surprise element, I reappraised this restaurant.
Even though it's a semi-rural city, it's really grateful that the hotel offers decent service at lunchtime and reasonable prices.
The appetizer is something like a salad with pork shabu.
The soup contained properly prepared abalone.
Each dish contains a small portion, but even so, as you continue eating, your hunger is gradually satisfied.
After the stir-fried ingredients with abalone and vegetables, and the sweet vinegar sauce with shrimp, today's main dish is "large clams".
It was something so large that it resembled a clam.
The meal ended with a lingering desire to have more dishes like the five-course spring春雨. At a cost of @2570円 (including taxes!), I was quite satisfied.
【General Discussion】
A Chinese restaurant located on the first floor of a hotel, connected by a promenade deck in front of the Kyoban Mukou City Station.
Originally, it was the Moriguchi Prince Hotel. However, the hotel brand has changed twice, and the name of this restaurant has also changed accordingly.
Previously, it wasn’t my preferred taste, but now that the name has been changed, I think it’s not that bad anymore.

【5年ぶりの再訪◇2011年】
Oh no, it's been five years since we last visited here. I really don't like this place very much, so I tried to avoid going there. But since we decided to have a small family celebration and eat Chinese food, I've made a reservation and will be going there now.
I have decided to order a tea and rice meal.
It costs 2800 yen plus service tax. So, in terms of price, it's quite reasonable.
The menu we received started with a cucumber salad as an appetizer.
(蒸し点心)
Xiao Long Bao, steamed stuffed buns with shrimp and green beans, wrapped squid, wrapped shrimp, shrimp with soy sauce tofu, and many other dishes are neatly arranged on the steamer.
(Fried Foods)
Spring rolls, chicken-filled wagyu roll, fried yuba with mountain sweet potato
(プリフィットルーム)
The chef’s whimsical soup consists of minced tofu. This dish was delicious.
The water dumplings were also in a Wan Tan style, which was good.
Mapo tofu, chili sauce with shrimp and eggs, anko sauce with crab and vegetables, etc.
(Noodle and Rice Dishes)
チャーハンには、チャーシューの細切りがアクセントとして良いです。
I also ordered a soup soba, which was very refreshing.
Chinese porridge was criticized for having a strong taste of sake residue; surprisingly, it received negative reviews.
(Dessert)
Butter-fried dumplings, almond tofu, tapioca-infused coconut milk, ice cream, sorbet, and more.
It seemed like the taste had improved, and the service was also not bad...
I don't think people will come here actively, but it doesn't seem like they would avoid it either compared to before.
Perhaps one of the reasons for the progress in areas like creating membership cards and retaining customers is also a result of these efforts.
【3年ぶりの再訪◇2014年】
In the blink of an eye, the hotel that was the operating entity had changed, and the name of the restaurant had also been altered.
This was my first meal at a new restaurant. It was also my first dining experience during dinner time.
五種冷菜盛りは1,250円から始まりますが、その分量の少なさには驚かされます。
Continuing, we have dim sum. We ordered egg drop dumplings @600 yen, small pot buns @600 yen, and spring rolls @200 yen. These items were quite decent. The egg drop dumplings had a pretty good taste.
The main dishes are Baobao Cai @900 yen and Eel Chili Sauce @1000 yen. However, I'm also surprised by the extremely small portion sizes of these dishes.
Finally, there’s the five-ingredient chaat masala. Its somewhat messy presentation might fall into the category of "nice." At 1,000 yen, it seems like just something that can be considered acceptable.
The beer in medium-sized bottles @830 yen was indeed at hotel prices.
I thought that the service was just a simple charge for service fees, but overall, there was still a sense of dissatisfaction.
Indeed, it might have been better to include Chinese cuisine as part of the menu.
【1년 5개월 만의 재방문 ◇2015】
Received a meal and drinks package for 2260 yen + 10% service fee.
Due to an order error, small potted rice and shrimp dumplings are served. After finishing those, we will start with dim sum and appetizers.
The dim sum served in the steamer basket is taken by a waiter using a wagon service. While looking around and shifting my attention here and there, I simply finish eating it all at once.
One of the hits is probably the classic Baobao vegetable dish.
The noodles and rice were just plain, without any special features or creativity; they lacked a distinct charm.
However, overall, the result was satisfactory.
【半年ぶりの再訪】
Once again, I received a meal plan for "飲茶バイキング" at 2260 yen + 10% service fee.
Since there wasn’t much time between the dishes, I believe it was something I really liked.
It feels like experiencing a Dijubu experience, but I enjoyed it both pleasantly and deliciously.
I reviewed the scores for the daytime section again.

【13か月ぶりの再訪】
After the event, we decided to have lunch out.
I went to the nearest hotel because they said the bunkhouse at the hotel was good. But personally, I really didn’t want to go to a bunkhouse at all.
And there are about 40 elementary school students who are trying to enter the restaurant right now, so we’re in the process of preparing for them.
This is not good...
So, we had to go to the nearby Chinese restaurant instead.
Here, there is also a lunch menu. The prices range from 2,000 yen to 2,500 yen, including tea and rice.
“Since it’s expensive, it seems like a normal lunch choice.” But the price is @1600 yen, so it’s not that different. It’s not too expensive compared to the Chinese cuisine offered at the hotel.
そして、まるで突然思い出したかのように
“Here, there was a ramen restaurant, right!”
(Of course, it's a single item.)
“ああ、メニューの奥の方にあるよ。”
“アアアア…このラーメンにはふかひれのスープを加えます!!!”
(You know, that costs 2,000 yen... didn't you say that lunches were expensive?)
So, I chose a regular lunch option.
The taste has improved compared to before. It seems that the chefs change frequently. Every time I visit, the taste seems to be slightly different.
And, I was surprised to find that the eight-treasure vegetable opossum was in a completely rotten state.

【2005年◇初めて使用】
For lunch, we decided to eat out. After a long time, I finally decided to go to the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel. However, actually, this restaurant doesn’t really suit my taste at all.
Moreover, it was already late at night, but there were still empty seats in the restaurant!?
Basically, even though there are seats available, the operations aren’t being carried out properly. I had a terrible feeling even before starting to eat. This isn’t just any ordinary Chinese restaurant in the city; it’s a hotel, and hotels require proper management. The front desk staff should be sent out to handle this situation. (Of course, they’ll probably say it’s because it’s a different restaurant…)
And, I decided to enjoy the order-based service for tea and snacks. As expected, I had to wait a long time from ordering to being served.
But it seems that misfortune can turn into good fortune. It felt like we had a lively conversation for the first time in a long while, and we really enjoyed ourselves. That's great, that's great.
After finishing eating the desserts, it was already past 15 o’clock.
4人で1万円+の出費。まあ、いいか。
