A suspicious gourmet exploration team.
tonight we have an Italian dish.
We went to ‘Italian Kitchen VANSAN’, located on the first floor of Grand Tree near Musashi Koshin Station.
It was after 18:30 on a weekend night. I had made an online reservation in advance, but there were still about half of the tables empty in the restaurant.
I was seated at an empty table and looked at the menu. Should I choose pizza or pasta? For the appetizer, I ordered salmon with avocado tartar (tax included: 869 yen), and for the main course, fried eggplant with tomato sauce pasta (tax included: 1,089 yen).
After waiting for a while, it was still 20 minutes past my order time. The appetizer never came... It would have been better if I had brought a book along. I finally asked again, and after a short wait, the pasta arrived. Huh? I ordered the appetizer too. ‘Sorry, we’ll check again’, they said. After a while, the appetizer finally appeared.
Both the pasta and the tartar were just average in taste. It seems to be a somewhat high-end family restaurant. Still, the service was really disappointing.
I could pay with various cards and PayPay.
