■ツバスとは
This is one of the names used to refer to the growth stage of flounder. It refers to fish with a body length of less than 35 cm. The name varies depending on the region. In Kansai area, it's commonly called "tsubasu," and as the size increases, it's referred to as "hamachi," "mejiro," or "brio."

It was a normally delicious sushi.
The bubble tea is of a taste that suits my preferences, and it tastes delicious.
