This time, we visited an establishment in Shinjuku that has the same name as its error code: "404 not found". As the name suggests, there is no signage at the entrance. On the door, there even appears the words "rental restaurant". It’s a well-known place—a true hidden French bistro.
A place in Shinjuku where you can forget the noise around you, an atmosphere reminiscent of a secret base for adults. It was a store that made me extremely excited from the moment I opened the door.
On this day, I ordered a menu that was composed entirely of "meat," which is truly irresistible for meat lovers. The menu included Wagyu beef delivered directly from Shibuya, as well as rare jibei deer caught by hunters. It's a lineup that can only be enjoyed here. Let's get started with the report!

A luxurious tartlet featuring a tartalet steak made with black beef, served with caviar. The crust of the spring roll is crisply baked and used to create a tart-like presentation. The aroma of sweetness and rich flavor spreads across your taste buds with just one bite.
