Miyazaki City, Chuo-dori. Right in front of the arcade on the main street, it's a Japanese-style tavern located on the first floor of West Building.
This time, it was the first time I visited here for a work-related drinking party.
The interior of the restaurant features private booths with drop-down seats (separated by partitions).
The interior is generally a bit narrow in design. Space is divided according to the number of people who will be using it.
This day, I received the following courses and unlimited drinks. It seems that it's possible to order these services on the same day.
The cuisine offered was the Chicken Southwestern Course (tax included: 2,750 yen).
The menu items are as follows.
Handmade meat miso tofu, homemade soy sauce dressing on sliced cucumbers, mixed seaweed and chicken salad, two-course grilled Miyazaki local fish dishes, pork buns grilled over charcoal fire, mehikari fried tofu, shiitake fried tofu from Shiofuki, fried zucchini from Satohara, Miyazaki specialty chicken kabobs, grilled sushi with Miyazaki beef, and a drink made from釜揚げしらす from Monogawa.
I ordered drinks such as raw beer, highballs, lemon sours, and plum wine.
The dishes, although not very voluminous, were all prepared with great care. To say the unlucky thing, the quality was solid and the taste was excellent.
However, out of the 12 types of cuisine offered, 8 types were served almost immediately upon the start of the service... (laugh)
The staff member said, "I'm sorry~ Is this okay?" with a look of apology. Soon, the tables were filled with food.
一方、飲み物の提供はやや遅れていたため、早めに注文するように心がけました♫
It was a weekend, so perhaps the restaurant was crowded because of that.
However, the service provided by the staff was very professional, so I didn’t feel much stress from that aspect.
I thought this would be a useful place for daily use or group gatherings.
Thank you for your hospitality (^^)
