Located about 5 minutes walk from the Keihan “Gion Shijo Station”, in an area with stone pavement that truly reflects the charm of Gion, there is “Ebategohsu WEST2022”. This place serves authentic Edo-period sushi. It has been awarded multiple prizes continuously since 2021.
The restaurant opened in 2011. It is a small establishment with a Japanese-style interior, seating only 11 people.
There were four people in charge of the restaurant: General Matsumoto as the head chef, another person serving as the second-in-command, one person working in the kitchen, and one woman responsible for customer service.
