Last time, I was deeply impressed by the overwhelming quantity of the set at 'Sami'. Once again, I've come here as a little shareholder.
I think the soba is probably my favorite dish here. But this time, I decided to order something other than soba, just to test my independence and challenge myself a bit.
I ordered a set meal including curry kishimen and fried tofu, priced at 1600 yen (including taxes).
After waiting for a while, a meal consisting of curry, kishimen, and fried shrimp was served, making quite a lot of noise.
First, try eating a piece of curry kishimen. Yes, it's still hot. It’s quite surprising how well curry and kishimen go together.
Next, let's have tempura. Compared to specialized tempura shops, it's still considered a decent level of deliciousness.
In these times when everything is getting more expensive, this price is more than sufficient. Both kishimen and tempura were far better than expected in terms of taste. Thank you very much.

Today, we have been taken to the "Puchi Shareholders" who possess shareholding vouchers. We have arrived at the "Sama Mi Kuguno Store".
“年越しそば”として、さっぱりとしたそばも食べようと思い入ってみたものの、メニューがあまりにも豊富で迷ってしまいます。
For now, this is what I was recommended as a recommended dish. I ordered the pride of my chef: 580 yen (including tax) for 5 hand-cut chicken wings with a salted flavor. On the other hand, the Miso Braised Tonkatsu Set, which is quite the opposite of that, costs 1780 yen (including tax). The total cost was 2360 yen.
First, our pride and joy has been served up. The appearance might not be the best, but the taste is absolutely outstanding. I can definitely agree with our decision to recommend it with a salt-based sauce rather than a soy sauce-based one. It really complements beer well. I finished it in one gulp.
After waiting for a while, the miso stew tonkatsu set was served. Since it was a set of tonkatsu, I thought it would be small in size... But this is actually a quite substantial set.
First, let's start with the miso broth udon. Oh, it's still hot! I was planning to eat it right out of the clay pot, but maybe that would be too risky. So, I transferred it to a small plate and enjoyed it in a more refined manner. As for the taste, there isn't anything particularly special about it. It's just a typical miso broth udon. It's quite delicious. As someone who likes to season the dish with plenty of chili peppers, the capsaicin has indeed made me feel warm from the inside out.
Next, donburi. We serve it with wasabi that comes with it. Um, just average. This donburi is too basic compared to the Beri Berry Standard. Nevertheless, since it's freshly fried, it tastes good.
The rest was just a matter of eating alternately, until my stomach was full, and I managed to finish everything. Thank you very much for the delicious meal.
This time, a small shareholder paid for it with a gift certificate. So, I decided to share one piece of knowledge I got from TV: "Do you know that some kanji characters are written as single hiragana characters?"
